Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist-Lead Management Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid, 3 Days onsite and 2 Day Remote) Duration: 12+ Months (Possible to extend or convert to Full Time)NOTE: THIS IS ON W2 Job SummaryResponsible for the daily distribution and management of sales leads to ensure timely followup, balanced workloads, and maximum sales effectiveness. This role works closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Operations teams to maintain lead integrity, support pipeline management, and ensure leads are assigned according to established guidelines and business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Sales Consultants based on established distribution rules. Monitor lead queues to ensure timely assignment and equitable workload distribution. Review lead inventory and prioritize assignments based on business objectives, lead quality, and servicelevel expectations. Maintain accurate records of lead assignments and reassignment activity. Audit lead data for accuracy and resolve assignment discrepancies. Partner with Sales Managers to support staffing changes, performance initiatives, and territory alignment. Generate and distribute lead management reports and dashboards. Monitor aging leads and work with agents and managers to ensure timely followup. Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities to improve lead distribution efficiency. Assist with special projects related to sales operations, reporting, and process improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 plus years of sales support, operations, customer service, or related experience. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in lead management, sales operations, or contact center environments. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), lead databases, and reporting tools. Knowledge of Merchant Services, financial services, or sales processes. Experience creating reports and analyzing performance metrics. Pay Range: $40 - $45The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
