The Lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Operations Project Manager will play a key role in accelerating enterprise AI adoption by managing high-impact AI initiatives from concept to execution. This position focuses on creating structure around AI use case pipelines, governance processes, and adoption programs across a large organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions. The role combines project management, business analysis, operational excellence, and strategic communication to drive measurable AI outcomes. You will help establish efficient AI operating models, improve visibility across initiatives, and support responsible AI implementation.

Accountabilities

  • Oversight of the operational execution of AI enablement programs, ensuring AI initiatives progress effectively through evaluation, governance, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and coordination of complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Manage the complete AI use case lifecycle, from intake and discovery through evaluation, governance review, prioritization, execution tracking, and backlog management.
  • Audit AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, readiness, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, identify dependencies, and define actionable plans.
  • Coordinate security, privacy, compliance, and AI governance reviews to ensure responsible AI adoption.
  • Prepare leadership-ready presentations, recommendations, reports, and decision materials to support prioritization discussions.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio visibility through tracking tools, dashboards, lifecycle reporting, and risk identification.
  • Manage AI adoption and enablement operations, including training initiatives, onboarding programs, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Support AI community programs and collaboration between business leaders, AI champions, and technology teams.
  • Collect and validate AI success metrics, business outcomes, and impact stories for executive communication.
  • Identify process improvements, operational gaps, and scalability opportunities to enhance AI enablement programs.
  • Develop executive communications, status updates, and insights that support strategic AI decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experienced project or program management professional with a strong background in technology enablement, business transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting recommendations to business leaders and executives.
  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experience managing structured intake processes, governance workflows, portfolio management, or transformation programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Power Platform, or similar productivity platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, enterprise AI operating models, risk management, and responsible AI practices preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Strong business judgment, adaptability, professionalism, and comfort working on high-visibility initiatives.
