  • Prepare decision-ready materials for leadership and governance forums, providing clear analysis, recommendations, and context to support informed prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain and manage the AI use case backlog, ensuring clear status tracking, prioritization rationale, and visibility for both active and deferred opportunities.
  • Maintain authoritative portfolio visibility and independently identify and flag portfolio risks, stalled items, or inconsistencies for leadership attention.
  • Manage the Adoption & Enablement ticket pipeline, including licensing requests, prioritization, resolution tracking, and customer concerns.
  • Own the enterprise AI success story repository, including independent judgment on what qualifies as a credible, well-evidenced success story versus anecdotal input.
  • Gather and validate business impact and outcome data, exercising discretion in how outcomes are characterized for leadership and enterprise audiences.
  • Build strong working relationships with AI Business Partners, AI Ambassadors, Function AI Leads, and cross-functional participants to support successful AI initiative execution.
  • Develop executive-ready communications, status reporting, and decision-support materials for AI CoE and Adoption & Enablement leadership.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues, manage collaborator needs, and apply autonomous decision-making when determining appropriate paths for critical issues.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in project management, program management, business analysis, business systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and prioritize multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with business leaders and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable plans and solutions.
  • Experience managing structured intake, governance, review, or portfolio management processes preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Power Platform, or similar business productivity tools preferred.
  • AI & Digital Transformation Experience: Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology enablement initiatives preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business judgment and independent decision-making when prioritizing work, assessing readiness, and resolving issues. They will excel at managing complex programs, driving multiple workstreams, and maintaining momentum across competing priorities. The candidate will be confident engaging with business leaders and executives, communicating clearly and influencing outcomes. They will thrive in ambiguity, translating incomplete or complex information into actionable recommendations and decisions.
