About the role
We are actively recruiting for a Lead Applications Architect with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Designed and governed 20+ RESTful APIs
- Led architecture governance for at least two years
- Mentored five or more engineers
- Delivered systems meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Led three or more cloud data platforms
- Delivered 25+ data pipelines
- Demonstrated adaptability and innovation, knowledge of industry standards and certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu)
- ISSA/TS
- Minimum 10 years software engineering experience, including 5 years designing enterprise-scale application architectures
- Experience leading three or more cloud production solutions
- Experience designing and governing twenty or more RESTful APIs
- Experience leading architecture governance for at least two years
- Experience mentoring five or more engineers
- Experience delivering systems that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience leading three or more cloud data platforms
- Experience delivering twenty-five or more data pipelines
- To qualify for TOGAF, AWS, and Azure certifications
- Knowledge of industry standards and certifications such as CISA, CEA, etc.
