Lead Application Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Application Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the architecture and technical direction for enterprise application solutions within a healthcare environment. The Lead Application Architect will shape integration standards, support solution planning, and provide governance across the full lifecycle of application delivery. You will partner closely with engineering, product, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, compatible, and aligned with organizational strategy. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,300 – $177,800 annually Responsibilities Design and develop application architecture solutions for IT systems Perform technical planning and architecture development Develop specifications for new products and services Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products and services Advise executives on functional strategies for significant matters Provide architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle Align with other architects on key project deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience as a senior developer on large IT projects Proven leadership in architecture design and governance of enterprise solutions Experience defining and enforcing integration architecture standards Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders Expertise in driving enterprise API and data integration strategies Strong mentoring and guidance skills for technical teams Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off, including holidays and parental leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance and additional well-being opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
