Job Role
As a Lead Installer, you’ll oversee and perform major home appliance installations across the Baltimore region. You’ll lead by example in the field, support and guide installers on your team, and ensure installations meet Landers’ quality and safety standards. When challenges arise, you’ll take ownership and find solutions that deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of appliance installation experience
- Experience with high-end and built-in appliance installations
- Confidence using hand tools, power tools, dollies, and installation equipment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Motivation to learn and improve
- Safety to lift and maneuver heavy appliances
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Physical Aspects of the Job
- You'll be on your feet, sometimes lifting or engaging with customers
- There may be times you'll need to handle weights up to 100 pounds
