Lead APP - Virtual Health Assessment

For our client, we are seeking a Lead APP - Virtual Health Assessment to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee virtual clinical assessment delivery within a multidisciplinary care model, combining direct patient care with leadership of advanced practice providers. The position will partner closely with Operations to refine care pathways, strengthen quality, and ensure compliant, patient-centered telemedicine services. The ideal candidate will bring strong primary and urgent care experience, advanced clinical credentials, and the ability to guide a distributed care team in a virtual setting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $176,000 annually Responsibilities Provide direct patient care via telemedicine in a multidisciplinary team Supervise a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) in virtual care delivery Serve as the clinical escalation point for the care delivery team Develop clinical guidelines and improve care models in collaboration with Operations Ensure accountability for the quality of patient care Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida and three other states from the specified list DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC) 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience 1+ year of experience in community-based care Benefits Generous PTO and sick leave 9 paid holidays plus floating holidays 401(k) plan with company match Annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid parental leave Life and disability insurance Paid wellness time and reimbursements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
