About the role

As a Lead Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands-on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property. You’re an expert at home remodel and repair—rewiring electrical switches, identifying HVAC components, and repairing appliances. You love troubleshooting and fixing things. When a complex job requires outside help, you ensure the contractor gets it right the first time. You take pride in making people’s day and delivering service with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Coordinate with external contractors for complex jobs, ensuring quality work
• Maintain on-call availability for urgent repairs

Requirements

• Superior knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting)
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a sense of humor
• On-call availability
• Speed and efficiency in completing tasks

Qualifications

Great to haves:

• Renovations or construction experience
• Maintenance certification (e.g., CPO, EPA) or willingness to obtain it
• Licenses in skilled trades (general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC, etc.)

Pay

$28–$33/hour plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Preferred schedule: Tuesday–Saturday.
