As a Lead Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands-on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property. You’re an expert at home remodel and repair, capable of rewiring electrical switches, identifying HVAC system components, and repairing appliances. You excel at troubleshooting and fixing issues, ensuring contractors complete complex jobs correctly the first time. Responsibilities

• Perform home maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors for complex repairs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide on-call availability for urgent maintenance needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional service to residents.

Requirements

• Superior knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting).

Qualifications

Must haves:

• Proven experience in home remodel and repair.
• Ability to rewire electrical switches, repair HVAC systems, and fix appliances.

Great to haves:

• Renovations or construction experience.
• Maintenance certification (e.g., CPO or EPA).
• Licenses in skilled trades (e.g., general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC).

Pay

$24 - $28 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
