Lead and Assistant Guides

About the role

The Lead and Assistant Guides are integral to the success of our team. They are responsible for leading groups through various activities and ensuring that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute group activities based on participant needs and interests.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained at all times.
• Communicate effectively with participants and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of activity areas.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or guiding capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local area and resources.

Pay

• $15 per hour for Lead Guides.
