Lead Analytics Manager

The team is remote-first, covering 18 countries, and operates profitably from its South Florida headquarters. About the Opportunity:The LEAD ANALYTICS MANAGER is responsible for owning the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across multiple business verticals, including Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights from complex data, standardizing reporting, and driving performance improvements. This position is critical in transforming data into strategic business decisions and establishing trusted analytical partnerships. Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to audit and standardize reporting across verticalsDevelop and maintain complex data models with awareness of downstream impactsConduct retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and customer acquisition costBuild trust with business teams through education and best practicesDeliver proactive insights that influence business strategyPartner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teamsManage end-to-end reporting from raw data ingestion to final dashboards Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketingExpertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex dataAdvanced development skills in LookML or equivalent tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong ownership of reporting and data literacy promotionDemonstrated ability to connect data insights directly to business performanceCuriosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
