This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into actionable strategies within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and retention analytics by partnering with various teams to execute initiatives
- Manage end-to-end analytics on bonus programs to optimize player engagement and ROI
- Analyze player behavior to identify engagement patterns and monetization opportunities
- Apply ML and AI tools to generate insights and build predictive models
- Translate analytical findings into personalized strategies and product recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in analytics, ideally within gaming, sports betting, or a consumer product with meaningful behavioral data
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong SQL fundamentals, with advanced concepts like window functions and complex aggregations
- Experience in Snowflake, writing efficient queries against large datasets
- Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Familiar with A/B testing and experimental design
