About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve coding standards and practices.
  • Document project processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future development efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance team capabilities and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one full-stack web development language (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Skills

  • Technical skills: Programming languages, databases, web technologies.
  • Soft skills: Communication, teamwork, problem-solving.
