Lead Analyst, People Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Analyst, People Technology to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, driving the configuration and optimization of people technology capabilities that support talent, compensation, and the broader team member lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional projects, improve processes, and help translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness. This position also plays a key role in shaping how managers and employees experience core HR systems and related programs.
