Responsibilities

  • Strong applied research-methods foundation, capable of experimental design and statistical inference
  • Experience translating complex data into decisions for senior audiences, demonstrating real impacts
  • Pioneered stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to senior leaders
  • Comfortable navigating and solving ambiguous problems, not just well-defined ones
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, along with BI and analytics platforms
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling
