Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a quantitative or analytics role within a People or HR team
- Strong applied research-methods foundation, capable of experimental design and statistical inference
- Experience translating complex data into decisions for senior audiences, demonstrating real impacts
- Pioneered stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to senior leaders
- Comfortable navigating and solving ambiguous problems, not just well-defined ones
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, along with BI and analytics platforms
- Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling
