Lead Analyst - Paid Media

Your journey has already begun. Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress. As a lead marketing process analyst on the Personal Lines Direct Media team, you’ll optimize our advertising budget and drive key business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance across channels to monitor results, uncover trends, and identify the root causes of performance shifts.
- Collaborate with leading vendors and internal teams to test, iterate, and enhance media investments, all while improving advertising efficiency.
- Manage budget allocation, monitor spend run rates, and lead in-market testing to optimize large-scale media investments.
- Work directly on Progressive’s success, making small improvements that translate into significant financial results.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, with a proven ability to use quantitative analysis and critical reasoning to drive strategic decisions and business results.
- Experience with Pay-per-click media and keyword-based optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other related tools, with a proven ability to build scalable analytics and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive-level insights and strategic decision-making using large datasets.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, with a proven ability to use quantitative analysis and critical reasoning to drive strategic decisions and business results.
- Experience with Pay-per-click media and keyword-based optimization.

$98,400 - $131,200/year
