About the role
The Lead Analyst, Member & Product Analytics will lead the development and implementation of analytics strategies that enhance member engagement and product performance. This role requires a deep understanding of member behavior and product usage patterns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to improve member engagement and product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive business decisions.
- Design and maintain analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting to track progress against key metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field.
- A strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with big data platforms and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
