Lead AI and Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and domain-specific system configurations
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactively manage risks to ensure project delivery
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Maintain focused governance over project scope and identify additional project opportunities
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Requirements
- Experience in Agenti AI, AI Frameworks, and RAG
- Experience in Cloud Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience in the Banking Domain
- Experience creating product features and user stories
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Planning and coordination skills
- Experience and desire to work in a domain consulting environment that may require travel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
