About the role

Own day-to-day operations, governance, triage, and backlog prioritization across Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex. Serve as the cognitive lead for inbound issues, feature requests, and platform changes while anticipating product releases, deprecations, and breaking changes from Anthropic and OpenAI.

Requirements

• Experience in Claude Enterprise platform operations
• Experience in OpenAI API administration
• 5+ years in technical operations

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership for feature requests, operational issues, and released changes
• Priority management for inbound platform work
• Escalation management for blockers and operational risks
• Platform monitoring for Anthropic and OpenAI model releases, feature changes, deprecations, and breaking changes
• Environment operations across non-production and production environments
• Configuration management for access, licensing, troubleshooting, testing, and platform reliability
