About the Role

Seeking OBGYN physician assistants and nurse practitioners with previous leadership experience to become a valued member of the full care team at Vituity. This role plays a critical role in our mission to improve lives in OBGYN, leveraging a culture of shared purpose and team accomplishments.

Requirements

  • Current national certification (PA or NP)
  • DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Current Colorado state license is a plus

The Practice

Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, opened in 2015, offers a state-of-the-art clinical environment with advanced monitoring technologies and strong specialty backup (pediatrics, anesthesiology, surgery, ICU) to support high-quality obstetric care.

  • 29-bed licensed hospital located in northern Colorado, Larimer County
  • Awards and recognitions: CMS 4-star Patient Survey Rating, Leapfrog ‘A’ Grade for Spring 2024, “Birthing-Friendly” recognition by CMS, and 2023 Colorado Celebrate 6 Award of Breastfeeding Excellence
  • Approximately 550 deliveries per year
  • Support staff includes L&D RNs, CNMW, Advanced Providers, and MFM
