The Role
Seeking Emergency Medicine Lead Advanced Providers to join our team. Previous leadership experience in the Emergency Department is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior providers
- Participate in departmental and organizational committees
Requirements
- Current national certification and DEA
- Current NY state license (preferred)
Qualifications
- Advanced Provider experience in Emergency Medicine
- Leadership experience in the Emergency Department

- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Pay
Salary range for this role is $60 per hour.
