The Opportunity

Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Previous leadership experience required.
Current national certification and DEA are required.
ACLS and PALS are a plus.
Current CA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care Center.
  • Lead and mentor other providers.
  • Collaborate with the full care team to provide high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment and training of new providers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to other providers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the practice and organization.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Current national certification and DEA are required.
  • ACLS and PALS are a plus.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.

  • Advanced degree in medicine.
  • Current national certification and DEA.

Pay

Salary range for this role is $77 - $102 per hour.
