The Opportunity
Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Previous leadership experience required.
Current national certification and DEA are required.
ACLS and PALS are a plus.
Current CA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care Center.
- Lead and mentor other providers.
- Collaborate with the full care team to provide high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the recruitment and training of new providers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight and guidance to other providers.
- Contribute to the overall success of the practice and organization.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Current national certification and DEA are required.
- ACLS and PALS are a plus.
- Current CA state license is a plus.

Pay
Salary range for this role is $77 - $102 per hour.
