Lead Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contribute to overall Workfront architecture and technical solution design
• Own all Workfront configuration including objects, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, and reporting
• Translate technical workbook requirements into scalable configuration
• Assign and oversee Junior Consultant configuration tasks
• Conduct QA on all Workfront configuration and related integrations
• Partner with Fusion and AEM architects to ensure cross platform consistency
• Document configuration decisions and foundational impacts
• Support UAT defect resolution and go live readiness

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 5+ years advanced Workfront configuration experience
• Deep understanding of governance, permissions, and scalable design
• Experience with complex implementations of enterprise solutions or multi agency environments
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex designs into actionable build steps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to follow strict governance guardrails

  COMPENSATION

  The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $140,000 and spans multiple levels. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
