We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the description and extract content. Let's identify sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph: "Do you have a heart for guiding individuals through addiction recovery while supporting their journey toward lasting stability? Do you want to join a mission-driven team where you’ll help individuals navigate recovery through advocacy, mentorship, and personalized care. If so, we’d love to connect with you!" Also "Position Summary Is responsible for providing a continuum of care for guests of Wheeler Mission through case management, involving comprehensive assessment, individualized goal planning, and coordination of services to support guest stability and recovery. This role works closely with guests participating in addiction recovery programming who may also experience homelessness, mental health concerns, trauma histories, and other barriers to long-term stability." We can combine into a paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties: case management, crisis intervention, recovery support, mentoring, discipleship, counseling, relapse prevention support, advocacy, care coordination, facilitating groups when needed. Also more detailed duties: case management for guests (assessment, care plan, monitoring, advise, identify resources, crisis intervention, referrals). Program oversight: monitoring progress, supporting accountability, facilitating groups, assisting guests in finding a foundation in Christ. Coordination of services: collaborating with staff, other agencies, advocating. Administrative: record keeping, database entry, legal responsibilities, confidentiality, policies, case conferences, self-care, etc. Also lead primary program elements, resource development, attend court hearings, lead gathering/maintaining program stats/outcomes, mentoring case manager I's, supervising assistants/interns/volunteers. We need to put these as
  • items. Should we break into multiple lists? Probably one list for responsibilities. - Requirements / Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications" section with "Key Duties and Responsibilities Brief Description Of Duties In Order Of Priority". Actually that seems like responsibilities again. Then later "Competencies Required Unique for this job Unique for this job ..." then "Education/Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ..." then "Required Knowledge Areas For Success ..." then "Technical/Software Knowledge ..." then "Mission Alignment ..." then "Physical Requirements ..." then "Other Requirements For Employment ..." So we need to map to sections: Qualifications, Skills, maybe Requirements. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info besides "Other Requirements For Employment: This is a full-time 40-hour per week position, typically staffed throughout the week with some evening and weekend hours required." That's schedule info (full-time 40 hours, some evening/weekend). So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. Omit Pay. Now we need to decide what goes under Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Typically Requirements could be education/experience, etc. Qualifications could be knowledge areas, technical/software, mission alignment, physical requirements, other requirements. Skills could be competencies (adaptability, organizational agility, listening, etc.) and maybe required knowledge areas. But we need to avoid duplication and keep sections meaningful. Let's propose: - About the role: intro paragraph + position summary. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (key duties and responsibilities). Could be long; we can break into sub-bullets? But spec says use
    • for any list. We can have nested lists? Probably okay but keep simple. - Requirements: Education/Experience minimum qualifications. - Qualifications: Required Knowledge Areas, Technical/Software Knowledge, Mission Alignment, Physical Requirements, Other Requirements (maybe combine as qualifications). But we might split: Qualifications for knowledge/technical/mission/physical/other; Skills for competencies. - Skills: Competencies list (Adaptability, Organizational Agility, Listening, Guest/Customer Focus, Collaboration, Patience, Relates Well to Others, Prioritizing, Conflict Resolution, Compassion, Networking). We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The text includes a disclaimer at end about job description not contract etc. That's boilerplate legal; we should remove. Also the Wheeler Mission Ministries description about being a privately funded 501(c)3 etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also the disclaimer about at-will etc. Remove. Also the "Other Requirements For Employment" includes conflict of interest policy, confidentiality policy, background check, drug policy, etc. That's somewhat boilerplate but also specific requirements (must possess valid driver's license, clean record, insurable, drug test). Those are substantive requirements; we should keep them but maybe under Other Requirements (which we could treat as Qualifications). However the conflict of interest policy, confidentiality policy, etc are generic policies; but they are mentioned as requirements. Might be considered boilerplate but they are specific to employment. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Conflict of interest policy and confidentiality policy might be considered legal boilerplate. However they are part of "Other Requirements For Employment". The instruction says to remove legal boilerplate. So we might drop those lines. Keep the substantive: must possess valid driver's license, clean driving record, insurable, background check, drug/alcohol test, free from addiction. We'll keep those. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      Schedule

Full‑time 40‑hour per week position, typically staffed throughout the week with some evening and weekend hours required.

We have duplicated schedule info in Other Requirements and Schedule section. To avoid duplication, we could keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in Other Requirements. But the Other Requirements also includes schedule; we could keep schedule only there and not duplicate. However we need to preserve all substantive information; if we mention schedule only in Schedule section, we still have it. The Other Requirements section currently includes schedule line; we could remove that line to avoid duplication. Let's adjust Other Requirements to exclude the schedule sentence. Thus Other Requirements paragraph: "Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and have a driving record without major moving violations,
