- Target recruiting for niche accounting positions.
- Hiring and training members of the accounting recruitment team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in agency recruiting focused on placing accounting roles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing and developing teammates.
- Proven experience developing and nurturing client relationships required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a broader team.
- Technically proficient, with a passion for automation and efficiency.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on commissions.
