Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a robust network of candidates across various levels and industries.
  • Cultivating and sustaining client relationships.
  • Partnering with clients to comprehend their current and future hiring requirements.
  • Target recruiting for niche accounting positions.
  • Hiring and training members of the accounting recruitment team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in agency recruiting focused on placing accounting roles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing and developing teammates.
  • Proven experience developing and nurturing client relationships required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a broader team.
  • Technically proficient, with a passion for automation and efficiency.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on commissions.
