Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Analyze and explain financial results through the completion of monthly fluxes
- Summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership
- Prepare and maintain documentation to support SOX and financial statement audit requests
- Collaborate with the broader accounting team and assist with general ledger, financial reporting, and miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned
- Develop and support relationships with business partners
- Actively identify opportunities for process improvement or operational automation in existing system infrastructure
- Special Projects: Opportunities to work on special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ of accounting experience with experience as a mentor to junior team members
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative and solution-oriented mindset
- Organized and thorough with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Netsuite as an ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess a collaborative spirit
- Mixture of public accounting and private industry experience

Benefits
- Salary Range: $95,000-$100,000
- In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085), the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
- Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
