Lead 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This person will work closely with maintenance, production, and management to keep production equipment and plant facilities running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Complete assigned Master Sanitation Program maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues during production
• Handle emergency and scheduled repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records for PMs, repairs, and sanitation related tasks
• Work with management and production teams to schedule repairs and source parts
• Support safe and efficient plant operations with minimal supervision
• Be available for emergency call ins, weekend hours, and occasional holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and stay self motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment
• PLC, electrical, food, beverage, or dairy industry experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $33.26/hr. - $44.06/hr. - +Shift differential 10% (1pm – 9pm) or 15% (9pm – 5am)

Schedule: 3rd Shift - Sunday – Thursday, 9pm – 5:30am, OT and weekends as required
