Lead - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

- Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion. - Review workload and assign tasks to team members. - Train and coach the warehouse team, providing developmental opportunities and recommending performance improvements. - Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain accurate work documentation. - Promote exceptional customer service. - Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures. - Safely operate various equipment and tools. - Provide support and backup to warehouse management. - Track orders and investigate issues. - Catalog and track goods/supplies. - Maintain a clean environment according to the 7S program. - Work safely to protect yourself and your team.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting. - At least 1 year of SAP experience. - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.

Desired Qualifications

- 1 year of supervisory experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Inventory control and cycle counting skills.
