About the role

The Bureau d'Aide à l'Insertion Professionnelle (BAIP) is recruiting welcome assistants for 2026-2027. This position requires significant availability.

Responsibilities

• Physical, telephone, and email reception - first-level information provision
• Support for team activities and career advisors: mailing, registrations, and follow-ups for team events and workshops
• Moderation of company contacts and job offers on the employment site https://u3e.univ-lyon3.fr
• Screen updates and participation in team communications
• Flow management: appointment scheduling, calendar management, data entry in dedicated application, and statistical tracking of reception traffic
• Database updates
• Display and documentation organization

Qualifications

• Significant availability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
