Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring restaurant teams
- Deliver a tailored guest experience with a "hospitality every time" mindset
- Analyze data, manage product inventory, and control costs
- Maintain a "get-it-done" approach with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Foster a collaborative, ego-free work environment with exceptional communication and attention to detail
- Adapt to industry changes and act upon feedback to enhance guest and employee experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant leadership role
- Open, curious mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Strong ability to analyze data and manage costs
- Professional demeanor with comfort in receiving and acting on feedback
- Highly responsive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
