LD - TEACHING ASSISTANT OF STUDENTS W/LD - TEMP

Temporary position located at Gravely Elementary School in Haymarket, VA.

About the role

This is a paraprofessional role assisting the classroom teacher with a variety of tasks, including emergency plans, health-related plans/services, behavioral plans, and carrying out instructional procedures. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the teacher, building administrator, or appropriate Special Education Department administrator. The employee must interact with students, parents, and staff in a positive manner. Duration of the assignment is dependent on program needs and availability of funding.

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work at the school.

Pay

$20.40 per hour.
