LCSW or LPC

About the role

BCA is seeking an independent-contractor LCSW or LPC to treat 25–35 clients per week. You set your own schedule and choose between in-person sessions in a furnished office or telehealth from home. Affiliation with a well-established group practice that has served the Lehigh Valley for over 40 years, maintains a 97 % client-satisfaction rate, and offers individual, child/family, couples counseling, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients
• Evaluate and diagnose mental-health symptoms during intake sessions
• Create treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals to reduce mental-health symptoms
• Complete session progress notes in a timely manner for insurance submission and reimbursement
• Conduct ongoing appointments with clients that reflect their treatment goals
• Provide crisis management and intervention as needed

Support & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with over 30 independently contracting therapists covering nearly every clinical specialty
• Participate in peer consultation and earn continuing education through BCA, an APA-approved CE provider
• Utilize BCA’s administrative staff for credentialing, billing, collections, and scheduling—no chasing co-pays or insurance reimbursements
• Access 11 commercial insurance contracts
