About the role

We are seeking mission-driven professionals to join our team. We offer opportunities for LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LPCC, and LPCA's. We are now offering a $5K sign-on bonus, paid supervision, if applicable, $5K per year Educational Assistance Program, and additional incentive compensation based on licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services for individuals and families that present for treatment.
• Collaborate with a treatment team to provide services including crisis intervention and risk assessment; treatment planning and ongoing assessment; client education; individual, family, group and collateral therapy; and referral and advocacy.
• Manage caseloads that may include diverse populations with a variety of clinical needs.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and participation within the team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or closely related field.
• License as required by Kentucky professional boards and billing sources.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable operating transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals and families who experience various mental, behavioral, and substance abuse conditions.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional.
• Licensed Independent Practitioner.

Skills

• Ability to deliver evidence-based counseling.
• Ability to assess and integrate historical, psychosocial, and medical information.
• Knowledge of PCOMS (Partners for Change Outcome Management System).
• Ability to manage situations involving client risk and provide clinical crisis services.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and provide services in various settings.
