Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)

About the Role

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Offer community education and professional training. Maintain complete, timely, and accurate records of client sessions, including therapeutic activities and client progress. Provide court testimony, supervision, or other professional services as needed. Stay informed about community referral sources and make appropriate referrals. Adhere to professional ethical standards and maintain professional licensure. Participate in agency-sponsored activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to diverse client populations (individuals, couples, families, groups).
• Conduct community education and professional training sessions.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide court testimony, supervision, or other professional services as required.
• Collaborate with community resources for referrals and client support.
• Uphold professional ethical standards and licensure requirements.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Teams and agency-sponsored activities.
• Meet professionalism, work habits, and adaptability standards as outlined in evaluations.

Requirements

• Active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Ability to organize and manage a therapeutic caseload.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries.
• Willingness to work in a high-demand role requiring flexibility and creativity.
• Proficiency with computer systems, electronic billing, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Commitment to teamwork and agency goals.
• Knowledge of clinical/therapeutic theory to facilitate behavior change.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to respond appropriately to diverse consumer needs.
• Belief in empowering clients to solve their own problems and fostering growth and change.
