About the role

Provide assessment, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy to help patients manage mental health needs and access the resources necessary for stable, safe, and effective treatment in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy to help patients manage mental health needs and access the resources necessary for stable, safe, and effective treatment in the community.
• Float to sister facility.

Requirements

• MA LCSW / LICSW / LMHC
• Master's level education
• 2 years recent experience in specialty in an acute behavioral health setting
• Experience with the following: Psychotherapy, Psychosocial assessments, Treatment Planning, Discharge Planning, Group therapy, individual sessions

Qualifications

Length of assignment: 13 weeks
Shift / Hours per week: 8A-4:30P Mon-Fri
