About the role

Thriveworks is a clinician‑led mental health care company founded in 2008, with 340+ locations and a nationwide hybrid care model serving over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. As a clinician you will provide a mix of telehealth and in‑person sessions, delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care. You’ll work with health systems and primary‑care partners, and after a probationary period transition to a hybrid schedule (50% in‑office, 50% remote). The role expects you to be a behavioral‑health generalist open to treating individuals, couples, and children, to help clients achieve measurable progress, and to be confident using modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR) while being a good teammate in a supportive clinical community. Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on client care, provides paid orientation and training, and helps you build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Requirements

• Must be approved by the board as an LCMHC‑A and be seeking independent licensure while living in North Carolina.
