About the Role

Peraton is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support DHA Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review of hardware and software packages for completeness and accuracy in preparation for submission to DHA groups for processing and post‑award, including IGCEs.
• Coordinate and interface with groups as required per Lifecycle Management processes and/or as requested by Government.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to DHA customers, offering problem/issue analysis and resolution.
• Notify customers regarding package status and distribute information as required.
• Perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned in support of Lifecycle Management.

Skills

• Strong communication, professional writing, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables, duplicate identification, Power Query for ETL, Word).
• Ability to multitask and perform quality reviews in support of Lifecycle Management.
• Attention to detail to ensure high‑quality products during submission and after processing.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years experience with a BA/BS degree or 6 years of experience with a high school diploma.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust).
• Work location: San Antonio, onsite required.
• Familiarity with the MS Office suite and IT hardware/software terminology.
• U.S. citizenship and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience or high school diploma + 8 years experience.
• Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust).
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Attention to detail, tracking, and documentation skills.
• Previous quality assurance experience and process development/update.
• Familiarity with software applications such as MS Access, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy).

Pay

Target Salary Range: $51,000 – $82,000. Salary is determined by factors including scope and responsibilities, experience, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, geographic location, and business/contract considerations. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
