Quality Control Analyst

Position Summary

This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing associated with raw materials and product release within a GMP-regulated environment. The analyst will ensure that samples are tested according to quality standards and that all results are accurate, valid, and documented in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform compendial chemistry testing on raw material QC samples.
• C Conduct product testing related to chemistry assays for QC samples.
• Execute GMP laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in laboratory records.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in 6S/Lean laboratory initiatives, preventive actions, and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field).
• Knowledge of GMP regulations, laboratory documentation, and data integrity practices.
• Familiarity with analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with GLIMS Labware or similar laboratory information management systems.
• Experience with compendial testing (USP/EP) or strong knowledge of compendial methods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
