Work Location & Shifts
1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE
2nd Shift: 5:00pm-3:30am Monday - Thursday
Pay
The hourly pay rate for this position is 23.54 + shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Transfer doors from transfer cart into press and apply the appropriate pressure
- Make adjustments to the stiles, rails or skins in order to meet quality expectations
- Apply correct air pressure for hollow or solid core doors
- Transfer doors from press to drying room transfer cart
Requirements
- Familiar with machinery
- Good math and measurement skills
- Knowledge of proper door sizes and what a reject door looks like
- Read and write English
- Good attendance and safety records
- Solid teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- The ability to work accurately, thoroughly and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and be highly alert at all times
Essential Physical Requirements
- Stand for 10 - 12 hours straight
- Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 60-pounds)
- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
