Digital Press Operator

Description

The Digital Press Operator position at Smurfit Westrock Chattanooga is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a digital printing press. This includes operating the press safely and efficiently, staging materials for the press, completing start-up and maintenance tasks, maintaining quality standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous Digital Press operating experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Ability to follow detailed instructions

Qualifications

• Drug screening required after conditional job offer

• Negotiable based on experience

Schedule

• Train on 1st and 2nd shift then work Rotating Nights (7pm to 7am)
