We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing legal advice and services to support the company’s operations across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to mitigate legal risks and align with business objectives.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research to assess potential liabilities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues in day-to-day operations.
