We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to provide legal expertise and support on a contract basis. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements and documents. Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate potential liabilities.
• Advise on employment law, intellectual property, and data privacy issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal requirements are met in business operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a state bar association in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$140 - $350/hour
