Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily lawn maintenance operations
• Manage and supervise crew leaders and team members
• Schedule and assign routes, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Monitor job quality and enforce company standards
• Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety, and equipment use
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Track labor hours, productivity, and job costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or grounds management
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of commercial lawn care equipment and techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
