About the role
The Grounds Department at Massanutten Resort is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join their team as a Grounds Technician.
Responsibilities
- Weed eating
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Snow removal including operation of snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment
- Clearing snow from parking lots, roads, sidewalks, and driveways
- Applying salt, sand, or other de-icing materials as directed
Requirements
- Dependable
- Performs all tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be 18 years old

Schedule
- Four-day workweek with every weekend off
- Rotating Two-Week Schedule:
- Week 1: Work: Monday through Thursday, Off: Friday through Monday
- Week 2: Work: Tuesday through Friday, Off: Saturday and Sunday
- 4 Day weekend every other week. Weekends (as needed).
- Overtime (as needed)
