Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

About the role

Work outdoors keeping every property on the route sharp, learn the trade from a crew that has your back, and grow into steady, year-round work.

Responsibilities

• Keep every property on the route looking sharp by mowing, trimming, and edging as part of your crew.
• Take pride in clean lines and healthy turf on every property you touch.
• Keep the crew moving by loading and unloading equipment and helping the route run on time.
• Take care of the gear, keeping mowers, trimmers, and tools clean and ready to run.
• Learn the trade, picking up the skills that turn a crew member into a foreman.
• Cover clients in winter if you want the hours: when the snow flies, crew members who want year-round work can join the snow crews.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up and put in a full day outdoors.
• No experience required. Some mowing or turf-care background is a plus, but we'll train you.
• The physical ability to be on your feet all day and to lift and handle equipment and materials up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in all seasons.
• A flexible, season-based schedule with early starts during mowing season.
• A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Starting at $21/hr.
