On-siteManagement$18–$24/hrFull-time
If you take pride in running a tight crew, delivering clean work, and treating a route like it’s your own business, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a crew providing lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and leaf cleanup.
- Oversee snow removal operations during winter months, coordinating routes and ensuring safe, timely service.
- Plan daily work, keep jobs on schedule, and meet client expectations without constant supervision.
- Operate your crew with ownership—managing efficiency, quality, and production as if it were your own company.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety standards, and efficiency in the field.
- Inspect equipment, perform basic upkeep, and coordinate repairs before breakdowns slow the crew down.
- Communicate with customers professionally to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Track hours, materials, production, and job notes accurately.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
How Pay Works (The Important Part)
- You’re not capped by a flat hourly mindset.
- The more revenue your crew produces, the higher your pay.
- Strong leadership, efficiency, and smart decision-making directly impact your income.
What We’re Looking For
- Lawn care or landscaping experience (2+ years leading a crew preferred).
- Leadership skills—you can motivate a crew without babysitting.
- Solid understanding of lawn care practices, equipment operation, and basic plant identification.
- Comfortable making decisions in the field and taking ownership of results.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Pesticide applicator’s license or willingness to obtain one.
- DOT physical card or willingness to obtain one.
Why This Role Is Different
- This isn’t a clock-punching supervisor role. You’ll have structure, support, and systems—but also the freedom to run your crew, build production, and be rewarded for it.
