Lawn Care & Turf Specialist

About the role

This isn’t your typical field technician role. We’re seeking professionals who want to:

Responsibilities

• Apply professional treatments for turf fertilization, weed control, insect control, and soil enhancement
• Diagnose issues and help educate customers on best practices for lawn health
• Represent the company with pride — professional, courteous, and reliable service
• Work outdoors across residential service routes in the North Texas area
• Treat between 20-25 residential properties per day averaging 5,500 SqFt.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with lawn care and/or landscaping tools

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of lawn care and pest management

Pay

Pay Range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on skills & experience).

Schedule

Work outdoors across residential service routes in the North Texas area, treating between 20-25 residential properties per day averaging 5,500 SqFt.
