Lawn Care Technicians

About the role

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will service customer lawns in your assigned route by applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and performing other professional applications. You will also ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and treat weeds as part of lawn maintenance
• Perform other professional applications as needed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass weed man pesticide certification exam if not certified by the state
• Professional appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Willingness to become certified to apply pesticides
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for 8-10 hours per day
• Ability to work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per day

Benefits

Full-time, year-round employment with competitive pay and benefits including a weekly salary ranging from $800 to $1000, plus potential weekly bonuses based on performance. Paid training is provided.
