Naturescape of Omaha, NE is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide exceptional services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping others, and is motivated to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage routes and transform landscapes across the service area
• Perform tasks such as lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control
• Communicate with customers to explain lawn health and landscape needs
• Ensure properties are cared for year-round, including snow removal in winter
• Adapt to changing seasons and customer needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Qualifications

• No prior lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided
• Passionate about working outdoors and helping people

Pay & Schedule

• Starting wage: $18/hr

• Top earners receive an additional $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses
