Pay & Compensation
- Starting Wage: $18/hr
- Expected Average: $18/hr - $25/hr
- Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone!
- Weekly Bonus Potential: Most specialists earn a bonus every single week

Responsibilities
- Be the face of our company in the field—managing a route and transforming landscapes across our service area
- Work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs)
- Navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control
- Take pride in the "before and after," knowing your work enhances a customer's home and their pride in their property
- Act as a consultant and problem-solver in a high-visibility role—the first person a customer sees when they have a question about their landscape
- Use provided training to assess lawn health and landscape needs, building rapport that makes customers feel like they have a "pro in the family"
- Explain the benefits of aeration, discuss tree care, and communicate clearly and kindly to ensure clients are happy, informed, and confident
- Adapt with the seasons; when winter hits, pivot to snow removal to ensure customers stay safe and mobile
- Perform high-impact work beautifying properties with state pesticide certifications (licensed specialist position)
- Take ownership of your own development—be hungry to learn and embrace "learning by doing"
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- No lawn care or landscape experience required—paid training provided!
